How your donation helps

The number of people with dementia is increasing each year but most do not get the support or advice that they need. Our Charity of the Year film shows how your donations will be spent helping support people to live their lives to the full.

Did you know?

£5 - could pay for 25 copies of our ‘Understanding and respecting the person with dementia’ factsheet to be available for families and carers of people with dementia through the Dementia Community Roadshow

£10 - could enable someone to have a 30 minute conversation on the phone with Dementia Support and receive the advice and information they need

£100 - could pay towards one day of research investigating the possible causes of dementia or more effective ways of caring for people with dementia

£20,000 - could fund materials, support and training of three Support Workers for one year, enabling them to help more families affected by dementia

£100,000 - could put one of the Dementia Community Roadshow vehicles on the road for a whole year, helping us to visit up to 90 Tesco stores
